Jessica Boucher

I'm Jessica Boucher and it's great to meet you.

Quite simply, my passion is sharing new technology with the world. Having graduated from Babson College, continually listed as one of the best business schools by BusinessWeek and the Financial Times, I grew my career roots at intelitek, one of the leaders in e-learning and blended technology learning solutions. I served in the Technical Support department on the front lines of phone support, and I was soon promoted to Project Manager, where I managed multiple e-learning projects. I now serve as a Product Manager for Jobscience, the leader in cloud-based talent management software. Our products, which handle recruiting, sourcing, training and managing employees, run on the Salesforce platform and on mobile devices. I am involved day to day with spec writing, managing requirements with our programmers, and completing projects on time and to high satisfaction. Along with our core product, I am currently managing a recruiting solution for the largest social network in the world. In my spare time I serve as a Volunteer Coordinator for the FIRST Robotics Competition at the Connecticut Regional and the Championship Event, where I recruit and train hundreds of volunteers annually. I have been honored to manage the Einstein field, where the World Championship rounds are viewed by thousands of fans, more than any other Volunteer Coordinator.
